THESIS EXHIBITION
Chronicles of Character is a form of storytelling and self portraiture using expressive typography. It focuses on building a story by reimagining quotes from 12 different books. Each quote is identified with an emotion and the emotion is then paired up with a typeface relfecting its nature.

The reimagined story is typed out on a single sheet of paper with the story being narrated from top to bottom. Each section is designed to reflect the emotion behind the sentence.
Book Covers
To tie the story back to the original source of the quotes, the 12 books were redesigned with the selected fonts.
Animation
Animated version of the story adding little nuances to give additional layer of expressiveness.
Bookmarks
Each bookmark is uniquely designed with close ups of the artwork in the back while the front showcases the 12 quotes.
Exhibition
The exhibition was open to public for two weeks, 22nd March to 8th April 2024.
